Hey! I'm Ashley, the owner of zhuzh srq - a brokerage built for the consumer – providing a more transparent & empowering real estate experience.

Since 2013 – working exclusively for new home builders – I’ve had the privilege of helping over 300 families find their dream homes, while closing out over 10 communities in both North Carolina & Florida.  After a decade in sales – I decided to venture into another facet of new construction that I have always studied & loved….marketing.  I even ran a marketing department for America's largest home builder - no big deal, right?

But after years of seeing the frustrations that friends, family, and local neighbors went through when buying or selling their homes -- I knew it was time to do something different.

I grabbed my low-maintenance coffee order (a tall, triple nonfat peppermint mocha, extra hot, in a grande cup), ditched the corporate gig, and launched zhuzh - my way of streamlining the real estate game.

I'm over the egos, the BS, & the whole system that seems designed to make things harder than they need to be.

As a Sarasota native and Out-of-Door Academy graduate, I'm thrilled to finally give back to the community that raised me.  My deep love for the Gulf Coast of Florida fuels my passion to get sh*t done – the right way.  My extensive experience in marketing, design, and real estate allows me to do just that.
